Andrew Morrow
Managing Director
With over 25 years in the events industry, Andrew began his career at The Business Design Centre before leading events at Old Billingsgate. He joined One Events in 2009, helping launch several venues and the One Dining catering division. After three years working independently, Andrew has returned as Managing Director, bringing expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
Mark Pacheco
Director of Catering
With nearly 40 years in hospitality, Mark has led prestigious catering projects worldwide, including a high-volume operation in the Qatari desert. Returning to London from the Middle East, he brings unmatched experience, passion for fine food and wine, and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary moments.
Rob Arnott
Head Chef
Originally from Australia, Rob moved to London in 1989 and trained at the Savoy before working in several Michelin-starred restaurants. For the past nine years, he has led the kitchen at One Dining as Head Chef. Known for his energy, precision, and deep passion for seasonal and traditional British cuisine, Rob brings both expertise and creativity to every dish he creates.
Isak Evert
Head of Facilities
Isak recently returned to One Events after managing large-scale music and sports events in Sweden. With 20+ years in London’s hospitality scene, his expertise and keen attention to detail ensure operational excellence. Bonus: he brings both experience and welcome height to the team!
Dreah Hastie
Head of Partnerships
Originally from Canada, Dreah moved to the UK six years ago and transitioned from beauty and hospitality management into the events world. At One Events, she leads Partnerships and Project Management with enthusiasm and precision. She's an identical twin, cat lover, and a dedicated fan of smash burgers.
Anne Dar-el
Head of Weddings
Anne is an experienced wedding professional with a strong background in luxury venues and bespoke celebrations. Known for her calm approach, attention to detail and exceptional client care, she guides couples through every stage of their wedding journey. Outside of work, she enjoys European city breaks, family time and long dog walks with her cockapoo, Ralph.
AJ Adekoya
Head of Security
With over a decade of security experience, AJ has led security at One Events for more than seven years. He has worked with and consulted for a range of high-end, high-profile clients. AJ and his trusted team are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience for every guest who walks through the door.
Susana Guerreiro
Senior Event Manager
Susana combines over a decade of customer service with three years in events to deliver seamless, high-energy experiences. Known for her eye for detail and love of teamwork, she thrives on bringing ideas to life. Outside work, she’s often travelling or catching live music.
Otis Greene
Catering Manager
With nearly ten years in bartending and front-of-house service, Otis joins One Events after freelancing across London’s top venues. He’s passionate about making each event special, known for his mixology creativity and commitment to guest experience. In his free time, he enjoys writing and exploring the arts.
